Your Visit

Our goal at Serenity is not only about service, we have created the ambiance you desire and deserve and we pride ourselves in bringing a feeling of relaxation and peace of mind.  The nature of the spa atmosphere is one of peace and tranquility, and as such, we ask that children not be brought to the spa.  As a courtesy to other guests enjoying the spa experience, we also ask that all cell phones and pagers be turned off.

So that you may enjoy a total experience, we ask all new spa guests to arrive 10 to 15 minutes prior to their appointment time to relax and fill out necessary paperwork. All spa treatments will end at the scheduled time, so please be prompt and enjoy your full service.  We provide robes, slippers and lockers for your convenience; however, we regret we cannot be responsible for personal property, so please leave valuables at home.

We are open Monday through Saturday.  Credit cards are required to confirm all bookings of 60 minutes or more and we ask that you please provide 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment.  These times are reserved for you and we reserve the right to charge for appointments not cancelled in this time.  No shows will be charged in full and spa packages require 48 hours cancellation. (credit card will be charged or gift certificate redeemed).

 Prices are subject to change without notification.

Gratuities:

Service fees, excluding packages, do not include gratuities.  If you liked your service, it is customary to tip your technician(s).   Our front desk manager will be more than happy to provide guidelines for tipping.

Services:

Your satisfaction is our top priority.  If you are dissatisfied with your salon or spa service, we will gladly re-do your service within 7 days of your original service date.  Refunds are not issued.

To avoid disappointment, may we suggest that you reschedule your next appointment before leaving.
